Catalog items can be selected when adding scope to a customer job or building an estimate. Their saved defaults populate the new line item and can then be adjusted for that specific use.

Yes. Add a custom labor or product line directly to a job or estimate when the item is unique and does not need to become a reusable catalog entry.
